Winchcombe Railway Museum Digitisation Two Thirds Complete

The Winchcombe Railway Museum, in partnership with the Vale of Berkeley Railway, have completed about two thirds of their project to digitise the extensive railway artefacts owned by the Museum. It is hoped one day a new museum building can be built at Sharpness along side the Sharpness branch line so the public can see and enjoy many of these items, learning about the history of railways in this country.

More details of this digitisation project can be found in our project section and also on the museum’s specific data entry webpage.
