Volunteering

Get Involved

MattWorkingOnVanguardThe Vale of Berkeley Railway has opportunities for people for all walks of life to get involved in this local community project and help restore the Sharpness Branch line.

We will need an ever increasing number of volunteers to help with all the different apsects of this heritage project. We are especially keen to encourage members from the local community.

There are many ways to get involved:

Become a member and volunteer on an informal bsis – we have many skilled and unskilled opportunities

Or, if you would like to offer a long-term commitment, apply for one of the formal VoBR roles (details available on request) – especially if you have the relevant skills and experience.
